Order By Phone. Call 1.800.547.8477. Have your credit card handy along with your completed order. Our staff is here to serve
you between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Order By Mail. Complete the catalog order form or send us a letter complete with item numbers, descriptions, colors, sizes, prices and any other necessary information so we can fill your order promptly and correctly. All order must include a complete shipping address, phone number and method of payment. Checks over $100 maybe held for 10 working days.
Order by Fax. Fill out your completed order form and fax it to us anytime at 1.775.623.3909. Please include a return fax or telephone number. Foreign orders: please include country and city fax codes.
Order Online. Shop online at www.tipswestern.com. What we have listed in our online inventory to order is not 100%. We offer the most comprehensive list of items that you can view and purchase. Sales Tax. Nevada residents add 6.5% sales tax
Method of Payment. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover along with personal or business checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Name and address must be imprinted on the check. There will be a $20 service charge for all returned checks. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.
Shipping. In most cases, we ship by UPS in the contiguous USA. If items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (please furnish a street address). Allow 2-8 days for delivery. If you need your order extra fast, we'll be have to use Next Day, Second Day Air or Express Mail with applicable rates added. Shipping is prepaid and freight is added to your invoice. Once you receive your shipment, please check to make sure it is what you ordered.
If you must return merchandise, you may do so for an account credit, exchange or refund
within 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning items, please include:
1. Reason for return.
2. Order number or copy of packing slip.
3. Your name, address and phone number.
4. Request for exchange, refund or credit.
Shortages/Damage. In the event that your shipment is damaged, please be sure your delivery driver notes that on the freight bill before you sign it. It is the responsibility of the carrier to guarantee safe delivery. All claims regarding damage or loss occurring during shipment must be made to the carrier.
Duplicate Catalogs or Moving? We apologize if you have received extra copies of the catalog. Help us save a tree by removing the mailing labels from the two catalogs, indicate which address is preferred and mail them back to us. Please pass along the extra catalog to a friend. If you are moving, please remove the label from this catalog and mail it to us along with your new address.
Pricing. At times, it does become necessary to alter our pricing structure. Those changes will be made without any notice to our customers.
